[Germany's first plan is to find that speaker system and shut it off - not permanently, of course. Much as he loathes to hear those announcements, it's better than unknowingly ending up in a new danger zone and dying. But he would like to get some sleep]

[More specifically, he needs to get some sleep. One look at him and the bags under his eyes says as much. He's been surviving on his own so far, without anybody else to keep watch while he sleeps, so he's only slept the bare minimum]

[When he finally makes it to the hub, though, a different idea comes to mind. He quickly evaluates how risky it is and the possible reward before he decides he'll risk it and walks up to the microphone]

[Hopefully everyone's grown used to the noise, because Germany's about to shout into the mic]

ATTENTION, WHOEVER'S RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS! You can't just make us kill each other like this! Stop this battle and let us go!
