Hmm, If I remember rightly Sweden speaks with a Northern Japanese accent.

It just came across in translation as him using vowel omissions in some of his words, but the fandom took it even further and started getting rid of nearly all of his vowels when he speaks.

I think it has something to do with him being not much of a talker so he mumbles and you can't quite make out everything he says as well :)
