"I", the pronoun, is uppercase. "I'm so sorry."
Place commas before sentence elements, so that they are divided properly and the sense is not lost. "Oh God, I'm so sorry" is an interjection + an apology, "oh god i'm so sorry" sounds more like asking God to forgive you. Real fast.
