Uhhhhderp. Probably mentioned some of these before but whatever.

-Norway loves literature. He has a bigass library filled with all kinds of things. He collects rare and out-of-print books. He's quite content to just spend his spare time curled up with a cup of tea and a volume of Ibsen.

-Canada likes gardening. He quite enjoys poking around in the dirt and taking care of his plants, both flowers and vegetables.

-On a related note, America has a tendency to tease Canada about his fondness for working in the garden and "screwing around with flowers".
