My European netbuddy told me that he thinks Canadians are barbarians. I ended up explaining various facts of the seal hunt to him and he kind of shut up about it afterwards but, damn. He's usually a fairly intelligent guy (more so than myself); it makes me worry about the image upheld by other people in the region.
