Hi meme! How was your week? Mine was interesting. I just made pad thai noodles (this wasn't the interesting part) but the noodles came out too rubbery/chewy and I am disappointed. I'm also on an Izumi Yukimura kick today! Are you on any particular music kicks? (Also, man I wish you could embed videos on Dreamwidth! A gal can dream, I guess.)

[ And fortunately or unfortunately, Japan is nowhere near bold enough to ask about that "dream" in the current moment. He'll have to accept it as it even possibly being a true event before he ever brings it up. Which... probably won't happen for quite a while. ]

[ If he were to have been honest, however, he'd explain it was because Greece knows he denies what they did as "a dream". So why would Greece believe Japan always stares at him? Japan doesn't like him "that way". He wouldn't "always" stare at him in "that way". (Or so he thinks.) ]

It is not really the dish specifically, but his odd thoughts surrounding it... [ and he goes with that, now. ]

[She's not letting her amusement show through just yet, actually sounding rather unconcerned. Gently, reaching across the table with one hand, she tries to pry a few of his fingers away from his face.

(She doesn't mean to make him die of embarrassment. Just feel that way a little.)]

[ At the brush of her fingers against his, he noticeably jolts, his posture then becoming stiff. ]

[ ...But then he stubbornly tries to tug his fingers back and cover his face again. ]

[Not any more, but she'll refrain from pointing that out. She lets her hand rest on his for a couple of moments when she finally gets it away from his face, as though that might stop him from covering it all over again.]

...Perhaps so.

[ his other hand is still covering the other side of his face, along with his other eye. But he seems to be refraining from pulling the hand she held back again -- he almost surprisingly lets hers rest on his. ]

[Now Greece will try getting his other hand away from his face, leaving the hand already on his.]

I'll keep that in mind...
