The best season is coming, meme! Halloween season! I mean... fall! Yeah, fall. I love the fall. I actually like every season in its own way, but I think fall has the best atmosphere. Crunching leaves and pumpkins and excuses to decorate the outside of your house with fake spider webs and zombie hands. Also it means... Hetalia Halloween fanart! (Maybe even... something from Himaruya? Maybe? Bueller? No?)

But yeah, I'd give a tentative "sure!" for him. Not perfect, certainly, but familiar enough to be recognizable, and probably enough to pick up a basic understanding as long as it's not terribly complicated conversation... or really conversation about religion and related things that have too many loanwords to figure out by context alone. Probably at that point familiar enough that he could even respond at least on a basic level
