Every fic in which Spain and Romano appear together. Every single one. Even the ones in which they don't end up together, even the ones in which getting together isn't even a real possibility, even the ones that begin and end with both of them banging somebody else, etc. Every single one. Has to mention at least that Romano used to have a huge massive fat crush on Spain or vice-versa, if not Spain being his ex. I swear. This includes ones I really really really do love from the very bottom of my heart, that include this fact in the plot in an interesting and character-building way and treat it maturely - but every time I am like, why can't they just be friends? Why? Fanfic in which Italy and Germany are just close friends is easier to find, and to me those two in canon give off a much more lovey-dovey vibe than Spain and Romano.

There's some Prumano fanfic that sometimes I reread just for the couple scenes with Spain acting as a papa bear/close buddy to Romano as opposed to a jealous ex or a spurned lover or an oblivious crush, because they are so damn cute. I just. Love those two as friends and they're so rare.
