Lithuania has large but very bony hands. His feet match.

England's hands are bony too, but smaller and longer. They look almost evil. Like spiiiiiderrrrrrs

Russia has very large hands with thick fingers (unlike the others, Himaruya's sausage fingers are somewhat accurate to him) and there's many little scars on them, if you look closely

Belarus has graceful, delicate hands...with a few nasty scars on them, here and there.

Sweden has very hairy hands (but it's all blond)
