The art is top-notch as ever, the gender politics are getting strange, and the last remaining male character still in the club from the original series is something of a joke but then he kind of always was. Business as usual I guess, haha I mean even early Genshiken is nothing like mid- to late-Genshiken so it stands to reason the second series would trundle off in another direction. And it's fun to follow a new cast of characters!
