I imagine that Germany's a bit of a brawler when it comes to fighting. He's got brute strength, and he uses that in combat. He also uses technique - mostly basic kicks, punches, holds and wrestling moves - but he's average at it. Not that great, but not that bad either.

Provided you're a nation, the easiest way would probably be to use speed, agility or technique to take him down. Or dodge his attacks until it tires him out. But he's probably still a good fighter and hard to take down.

Just don't challenge him to an arm-wrestling contest, because according to Himaruya's notes, he said he wanted to make it a "resounding win for Germany" when asked who would win in an arm-wrestling match.
