So in the anime, Chibitalia gives Holy Rome his broom.
Holy Rome starts using that broom because it reminds him of Italy.
WHAT IF…
He started to really like cleaning since it reminded him of Italy and that grew into a habit so thats why Germany cleans all the time.
Does this make sense?
That would also explain the maid fetish.
