Yes, this is way more interesting than translating, score!
Okay, so, I'm going to avoid the obvious one because you guys are probably sick of me talking about how she dealt with Fritz lmao. How historical is historical because a lot of my boss HC is about her and Merkel ffff. This will be the Prussian ladies edition, but ask me if you wanna know about a particular person I probably have vague ideas about most of her leaders.
The most famous is probably Queen Louise and oh my god Julchen loved her. She was just thoroughly charmed by how she was so feminine and beautiful and yet smart as a whip and successfully made a place for herself in politics in her horribly sexist military society. Especially since she was relatively young, pretty close to Prussia's human age during her time as queen actually, Julchen found her really easy to talk to and to get advice from. She was a kind motherly figure who came more or less on the heels of the death of her father figure, and god knows she needed a gentle ear after getting curb-stomped by Napoleon and France lol. She was actually probably a huge influence in how she raised Germany, even though she never lived to see Monika.
The other one is Duchess Anna of Prussia who ruled when Julchen was a much younger teen and a bit of a firecracker. She was also extremely intelligent, shrewd, and secured political power for herself in a time when that was just not a thing. After spending so long under Poland's thumb I think Julchen needed someone as temperamental as her to push her in the right direction and drum up the fighting spirit back into her. They also related a lot lmao. She was great kick in the pants, even if she did end up getting Prussia married heheh.
