Denmark seems to let things roll off for the most part, if the illustrations etc with Germany are any indicator.
When it comes to Sweden, he and Denmark get along fine in modern strips, which reflects current relations. There are hints that it took quite a while to get there, but considering their conflicts were not a one-off deal, this makes sense.
It probably comes down to individual nation personalities, though modern policy plays some part in it. And... I think, that from the point of view of a nation, it'd make sense to ease up on negative feelings sometimes. If a nation's people (and/or government) find it advantageous to be friendly toward another nation, it would be productive to go along with that rather than spending all your time grinding your teeth about your territorial losses from back during the Napoleonic Wars (or whatever).
