there are at least two others here who have similar kinks

but idk if that's anything special. see, i used to think some of my kinks were unusual, but over time i've realized that's not true... once i admit to such kinks, other people are willing to spill that they have them too. like on tumblr, certain users told me all these dark fantasies they had, in private, and we had conversations about what we'd like to see with certain hetalia characters and such. and then when i read their actual fics and look at what they actually reblog on their blogs, it's all the fluffiest things. it's kind of cute. fluffy and sweet on the outside, dark and dirty on the inside.

GDI, WHY ISN'T THERE MORE SIMS 4 NEWS

Ugh, I really want this game and I almost hate that I really want this game sometimes because I'm worried that I'm setting myself up for disappointment. Sims 1-3 were major parts of my childhood and teenage years and I have a huge fondness for that pattern of gameplay (customization, creating things to go into the game, downloading others' custom content).

But EA/Maxis has a poor track record when it comes to games, and especially given that there's no new news for a while, I'm worried that they've run into production issues and/or are going to rush it and come out with a shoddy, full of errors, mangled mess of a game (as EA is somewhat known for doing).

I also agree with other players that it's going to be a bummer if they simply recycle the same patterns as Sims 2 and 3, where you have to wait until certain expansion packs come out to get the darn roof you wanted and such.

tl;dr, it's all bs as I know I'll buy it regardless for old times' sake and also because the new Bodyshop previews look amazing (god I hated how Sims 3 sims looked)
