And having to actually work with them dashes all of his glamorous daydreams about the industry to bits
eg, Rome is the world-renowned composer and conductor running the show and he's also a drunk, irresponsible womanizer who only manages to make it on time because Germania (long-time collaborator maybe? and part-time wrangler) strongarms him into getting to rehearsals, his lazy (but talented) grandsons were nepotized right into first seat in their respective instruments, and everybody's nuts the way they are in Hetalia canon. Etc.
CAN THEY BECOME THE CRITICALLY-ACCLAIMED GEM IN THE CROWN OF THE ART WORLD, OR WILL POOR AUSTRIA'S DEBUT PERFORMANCE BE A FLOP? Don't worry, Austria, you can always teach elementary school music classes to pay the bills.
