It's much harder for me to name IC portrayals because I'm willing to accept quite a lot of different interpretations of canon. For example, I like Prussia who can switch into a militaristic workaholic mode when needed, but I have zero problems with fics that make him less of a workaholic than Germany, as long as he's not a total slob who just plays video games and drinks beer all day long.
