Anything that involves Norway bursting into tears for whatever reason. Especially if it's because he loves (whoever) so much.

There are other things, but that's on my mind because I recently saw a textpost where someone said they wanted fic like that. It'd be more in line with something that Denmark might do, considering he's such a sop in the strips. Norway can be affectionate, but he shows that in different ways.
