Russia does not hate him nor does he like him but he'll say that there friend (follow by 'kolkolkol....') if someone dose try to hurt America, America does not mind it but he well not say that he like's Russia out load but he'll yell on the top of his lung that he hate's him ( eve tho we all now he just like Russia no hate but no loving to the other) and he does nothing to help Russia if someone is trying to hurt him, he know that he'll be fine ( till it Belarus.....) but if they we're to be in the same room and America call's him communism he'll make him piss him self but nothing to make him not sleep at night so they both hate and love each other :3
