I accidentally replied to the wrong email at work, instead of telling my coworker someone was considering throwing something at the guy who wouldn't stop sniffing's head I told someone I've only dealt with through email.

Not as bad as when someone emailed the person they were complaining about by accident but boy did I feel stupid.
