If I was even remotely competent at art, I would make a series of pictures of Germany and Prussia having fun in Berlin in the 20s. Period-appropriate clothes, cars, going to cabarets and concerts and having fun. And the last few pics would have steadily darker elements in them to show the change in the political atmosphere until there would be nothing left of the earlier fun.

And then I'd like to draw each of the nations with a children's character that was created in that country. I would give anything for a picture of Netherlands with Alfred J. Kwak and Sweden with Pippi Longstocking, for example.

But haha, this is wishful thinking. I suck at art.
