By... let's see, should it be his fellow soldiers, or the british troops, or maybe the hessians - those hessians had some really damn nice uniforms, and (watch me grasp for my faint memories of history class from 2109898555 years ago) perhaps they need a little more incentive than the promises of land or whatever America had been offering them to desert and turn to his side. Perhaps they need something a little more tangible. Perhaps they need to... to feel truly welcome, here, you know, in this strange and foreign new world. Perhaps it would help change their minds if only America would be a good boy and welcome them with open arms... and open legs.
