For a moment, Netherlands said nothing. He looked toward Norway, his eyes narrowed a bit as he made his decision. Then he handed the pack and lighter over. That would have been nothing coming from someone else, Norway thought as he placed one of the cigarettes between his lips and lit it. But as he handed the rest back, he couldn't help but stay close, because he knew that coming from Netherlands, it was more than that.
Netherlands wasn't the kind of person to share things so easily. Even small things.
