A lot of things common in tumblr art styles irritate me (horseface of pretentiousness, big Rudolph noses, block eyebrows, white characters drawn like ~PoC~, etc.) but you what I hate most?

SIDEBURNS. ON CHARACTERS THAT DON'T HAVE SIDEBURNS. I hate this so much, and I even see it from artists with styles I really like. I can tolerate non-canon body hair to an extent but fucking sideburns on America or England or Russia or Latvia etc. it's like nails on a chalkboard to me.
