Trying to write fic and not throw up. I made an offer for an amazing apartment today and I'm so nervous. If the seller accepts it, I'll spend the next twenty years paying off that huge ass loan, but if the seller doesn't accept it, I'll be seriously bummed because I want that apartment. :(
