It's the most widespread "international" constructed language. It resembles romance languages a lot, I think, but has Germanic and Slavic influences. The grammar has all been regularized though, as far as I know

Last year, I stayed at a cheap bungalow in a small village in rural France. Either there were some really sneaky people repeatedly breaking into our bungalow without stealing something (extremely unlikely for many reasons), or shit was haunted... by the most boring ghost in existence, mind you.

It started with one of the empty beds that was previously pushed against the wall suddenly being 30 cm meter away from it the next morning (with a friend sleeping just a meter away; the bed wasn't easily movable, much less silently), and ended with the heater mysteriously being cranked up to max in the middle of the night.
At least the ghost didn't eat our food, so we didn't really mind.

When I was about 7 or 8, I was sitting in my friend's bedroom and I saw a girl standing in the doorway who wasn't all quite there/translucent. I went to say something to my friends, but when I looked back she was gone.

A few years later my family were all talking about ghosts and I brought up that story, and my mom asked what bedroom my friend had, and I told her. Then she went kind of white and said that she remembered the family who lived there before my friend, and the bedroom at that side of the house was their teenage daughter's bedroom. The teenager daughter got in a car accident on the way to high school and died.

My friend's house was creepy AF in general, too. I saw large black mass/shadows in the hallways, and it always had this cold, unwelcome feeling.

I have a presentation in about six hours and it's nowhere near done. It's a science thing with lots of facts and explanations so I can't pull something out of my ass. I had a month to finish it, but of course I procrastinated and waited until the very last day to start working on it. I'm tired as hell and just want to sleep.

And once my (old) computer speakers turned on suddenly saying something like "this is flight 096". And my sister used to have a toy cash register in her room that would DING "THANK YOU COME AGAIN" every time I went in to her room.

idk if that's all supernatural or just some weird electrical things, but. I never tried to take the batteries out of the cash register because WHAT IF THERE WERE NONE

Okay so apparently “Texas” is an adjective in Norway and Norwegians use it when a thing or event was very wild or crazy like “that was completely Texas”.

Now PLEASE imagine aph Norway using that around the english speakers and they’re all like ????????????????? what????????? especially in front of aph America, he’d only be like “Dude, what the fuck is that supposed to mean?” Just imagine that and the general confusion, omfg
