One of my old coworkers lived in a place like that. They were on a waterfront property with three huge buildings, grocery stores on the ground floor and this large courtyard area with a playground and everything. Probably even more stuff that I didn't get to see when I visited her cause it was in the middle of Manhattan so you know it's posh.
