I'm now half a pound away from my original goal weight, which is really exciting. Along the way, I have also become much stronger, going from only being able to keep up with a 5 minute workout to doing multiple 35 minute workouts (I mean, I know that's still not much compared to people who are really athletic, but for a 100% sedentary couch/desk potato it's pretty good progress), muuuuuuuch more flexible, better posture, generally just feel better all around, plus I learned to cook maybe 15-20 recipes.

However, now that I'm almost here, I'm reassessing and thinking I probably want to go 5-10 pounds lower still. Which you'd think would be very disappointing, but actually I feel fine about it. I'm in no rush now, as my current state is such a big improvement. And more importantly, now I feel quite certain I can do it and know how to get there.
