I remember a certain person in Hetalia who decided that USUK was problematic because incest but... she also shipped America/Canada. Wtf? Like, personally, I don't give a rat's ass whether any pairing is incest or not, but just what sort of mental acrobats does one have to performance to somehow simultaneously categorize America and England as brothers, but America and Canada as not.
What they mean is they don't like one pairing but they do like the other one. And that's ok! Except, people like this want to make it not ok and somehow not allowed for other people to like a pairing they don't like. It's all a dumb power game.
