Let's start the month with a game of "have you ever?"! I've come up with 13 Halloween-y have you ever questions for you to answer--and feel free to add your own!

Well, kind of. It was a girl's birthday party, but it was on like Nov 4th and close enough to Halloween to still ride on the tails of it. So it was Halloween-themed and we had to wear costumes and it was cool.

Only two! One in elementary school and one in high school.

But I make all month a Halloween party for one at my house every year anyway~

Yep! Quite a few, from teenage up till now

Not hosted someone I've known personally, but I've been to club nights billed as Halloween parties.

Well, not technically? But I always had my friend group come back to my house after trick-or-treating and sometimes sleepover, so can that count? And I usually made this Mountain Dew sherbet slime drink for everyone, that is a very Halloween host thing to do imo

Yeah, and I think it'd be fun to do one again....but with more "Halloween" theming, not just costumes.

S...ort of. It was a friend's house, but it was my idea and I'm the one who bought the food, candy, decorations, etc.

Yeah! I used to go all the time and was SO BUMMED when I joined marching band and football games were on Fridays (because my township is DUMB and has 'Trick or Treat Night' on the Friday before actual Halloween, which is LAME and takes all the fun out of it). And since "I want to trick or treat" was not a good excuse to miss a game/performance/practice, I stopped going in 8th grade. And then when I finally stopped marching band as a junior in college, I was 'too old' to convincingly go out and not have it be creepy (though...I mean maybe I could have, since I don't really look like an adult...but its no fun to go out alone and I have no friends to go with).

Anyway. lol. Once time my cousins came down from NY where they go trick or treating during the day, and we went at night and into the apartments and townhouses nearby and that was fun. I think it was the best haul we got, too bad it was only to impress the company.

I went trick-or-treating right up till mid-college, though it must be said my college years were not generally very successful. (We had no idea where to trick or treat... we had fun though.) One street here is the unofficial Place To Trick Or Treat because it's well-lit and has a lot of houses and families. The police block off the ends of the street for safety and there are even candy-drives to stock up candy for the people who live there, so they don't go broke buying it themselves :'D
