I have a few!

At a friend's old house:

-I would see weird, dark blob shadow things. One particular night I saw one of them slowly move into her doorway, hover there, then continue down the hallway. Sometimes I would see the shadow blobs just stationary in parts of her house.

-Her house always felt cold and uninviting, I hated spending the night unless there was at least one other friend (or better yet, my big brother) with us.

-I once saw a teenage girl standing in my friend's bedroom doorway, she was somewhat transparent. I turned my head to tell my friend HEY THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE DOORWAY but when I turned back she was gone. The last family that lived in the house had a teenager daughter who died in a car accident, and my friend's room used to be her room. I only ever saw her once, though, and I don't know if anyone else ever saw her.

-My friend also had a lot of experiences, including hearing things in the house. A few times she would call me scared and I'd have to run over there (which was not much help because I was/am a big chicken) to be with her. When they moved, the original mover had gone into one of the bedrooms to get boxes out to put on the truck, and he wouldn't go back inside the house. He told her there was something evil in her house.

At a sibling's old house:

She and her roommates heard weird noises a lot. my sister said she heard the sound of an old rotary phone ringing more than once, and they didn't have one, nor did they have neighbors close enough to where it could have been their phone ringing. One of their rooms was always freezing cold no matter what, so they used it as a storage room. One day she was putting clothes away in her closet and she heard, from the other side of the closet wall (the cold room) three distinct knocks. She booked it out of there and IIRC she refused to be alone in the house until they moved.

I'm not going to say my dorm room was haunted, but I am going to say that there were rumours that someone had died on that particular floor, and that I'd sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with the sensation that somebody was staring at me. ...I had a single room. On the third floor.

There was also this stairwell, right. It ended in an emergency exit, but you could use it to get to the lower floors. I never saw anybody else use it in the entire time that I was there. Maybe it was because it ended in a door you couldn't use. Or maybe it was something else. I don' know.

Sometimes I would use that stairwell, because it was right next to my room. But every time I did, there were these sensations like - I can't even describe it. An overwhelming sense of dread. And a feeling that there was something there, and that it was staring at me, and that it didn't want me to be there! And it isn't like I had heard a creepy story and was psyching myself out, because there weren't any rumours that somebody had died on the stairwell. I have no idea what the fuck was going on there.

The basement was also really creepy, but that might be because usually when I was in there, I'd made the mistake of using those stairs. Also, the lighting was really terrible. Also-also, there were spiders every-fucking-where.

There's a house in my neighborhood that everyone calls the cursed house because a lot of unfortunate things happen in it. No one's ever lived in it for more than 2 or 3 years. 2 people have died of heart attacks in it- one was in his 50s, but the other one was like 34. One person was in a serious car accident. When people had dogs, they were always getting out. I personally returned dogs to the house 3 or 4 times, and I've never had to do that for any other house in the neighborhood. Every new owner tries to landscape it, but every effort fails. The grass and tress die, the gravel gets washed out, the stepping stones break. It would be comical if all the other stuff wasn't also going on.

My dad was actually part of the crew that dug the foundation for the house when he was a teenager, and he claims that working on it gave him a creeped out/uneasy feeling. For some reason it's the only house that has this issue too, the houses around it are perfectly fine, and my dad said he didn't get that feeling from any other plots he worked on. It's just this ONE HOUSE that for some reason has bad juju.
