Part 11 comes after Part 10

Part 10 is over! Part 11 is here. If you haven't checked the challenge entry, the challenge has been extended until Part 11 maxes. Hopefully that is enough time for people who are busy with finals and such to find time to enter, if they'd like to!

Should I mention that the number 11 scares me? I really don't like that number. Like how Natalie Portman hated the number 5 (or 6?) in Where the Heart Is. But a higher number. Well, anyway.

*If you're feeling down, make sure to get help, and refer to links on previous parts if you need them.

a question

this non-americanon would like to know where this map came from. How are the names of the regions decided? Or are they random? It's the first time I see something like this.

This map came from the bowels of 4chan's /a/.

The names are decided by a variety om means. Some are random, some have motivation like puns (Hawaii = kawaii), associations with the state (the techiness of Washingtion State = Cyberpunk or the Utah's Mormon morality = Moralfag) while others are based on obscure memes known only to /a/ (such as the LOYALTY = Orange = Florida one mentioned earlier.)
