So, I'm going to be without a laptop for a few weeks starting tomorrow. I have no idea what I'm going to do with this time. I'm thinking of starting a Spyro 2 save in French. What do you suggest, anons?

crotchet a line of yarn. Not a sweater or blanket or anything, just a straight line... using different yarns, if you'd like, to break up the monotony.

I did it once when I didn't have internet for a summer and needed something to do when I was bored. I made a line about... 25 feet long or so? I was so proud of that line. fml, it got tossed out in the trash because my parents were like WHAT'S THIS, USED YARN IN OUR DAUGHTER'S ROOM AS SHE'S IN COLLEGE? OFF IT GOES

Hmm, that is a good idea. I'll see if we have any yarn knocking about. I've been meaning to start weaving for a while now, so maybe I'll take that up too.

If you are grammatically inclined: Take out a notebook and write some epic Spyro fic.

If you are athletically inclined: Take a picture of your biceps tomorrow, start lifting some weights and do some pushups, take a picture of your biceps once you get your laptop back, post pics to meme. I will likely tell you that you are a hot manly being and would tap regardless of your sex or orientation.

If you are just going to be bored: Just play your Spyro 2. Then write a beautiful review of the game for us.

I do have epic Spyro fic planned, but I have such horrible handwriting I'll probably open up the notebook and scratch my head over what the hell I wrote.

Well, if it was me, I would be doing some of the following:

-Spending lots of time outside walking or taking bad photograhs

-Writing fanfiction (I can't write on the computer; I do all my fic in a notebook)

-Drawing; I hardly ever find time to do that....

-Reading! I have about 2394832 books that I haven't gotten to yet. (Okay, slight exaggeration. More like 50.)

-Watching one of the many movies I haven't gotten around to watching yet

-Playing many long, long games of Sonic 2 on my Genesis

-Knitting (I have so much yarn I haven't touched, argh)

-Painting eggs. I blew out a bunch of eggs around Easter, but never got around to painting them because I am lazy and lame :|
