Do you mean how do I pretty much know everything that goes on here? I do get notifications in my inbox, and to an email that I don't check unless I need to follow-up on something, but pretty much I just take some time aside every day to do a quick browse through and make sure nothing is against the rules. Though I do read it like normal people do, too.
