It's not quite time for bed yet, so I have to wait so I don't throw off my schedule. /sob

Do you mean how do I pretty much know everything that goes on here? I do get notifications in my inbox, and to an email that I don't check unless I need to follow-up on something, but pretty much I just take some time aside every day to do a quick browse through and make sure nothing is against the rules. Though I do read it like normal people do, too.

ITT: When old fandoms come back to "haunt"

So today I got more word that one of the annoying people that I knew in a past fandom has been trash-talking me a bunch on MSN and other places. No big surprise there.

But the fact that people think I like hearing that is even more baffling (I'd rather not hear about her and her ilk). Except now I've learned something new: She's now into Hetalia for the "gay boys" factor and plans to cosplay Italy.

To make this even more hilarious, she's one of the folks that have stalked me online in attempts to find "incriminating" shit on me...and she found out my plan to cosplay Italy. Which I've planned for months now, actually.

So now she's going around telling people that I'm trying to steal her costume idea and that I'm not "cute" enough to be Italy or as "uke" as her, and that I'm not a true fan like her (whatever that means). And so people believe that I'm trying to steal her thunder.

I'm actually just sitting here in a mix of lol-ing and just "what the fuck". Way to go, people. I thought I could escape those folks by being in this fandom, since most of them seemed to hate Hetalia for it being "retarded". I guess I shouldn't have underestimated the power that yaoi has to win some over D:

To the anon who asked about giving Skåne back to Denmark:
A lot of Swedes seem to like the idea of giving back Skåne - the people there talk with a silly dialect which is difficult to understand. And some time ago, a newspaper had an online poll on the subject and a little over 50% (~ 170 000 people?) voted yes to giving Skåne back.

But really, I think it's just a joke on our part and it'd be quite silly to hand it back when there's like 1,2 million potential tax payers living there.

I know people who are bitter towards Lithuania, especially because WWII and the not-really-nice-stuff we received from them then, but I wouldn't call it "hate".
