Hi meme! How was your week? Mine was interesting. I just made pad thai noodles (this wasn't the interesting part) but the noodles came out too rubbery/chewy and I am disappointed. I'm also on an Izumi Yukimura kick today! Are you on any particular music kicks? (Also, man I wish you could embed videos on Dreamwidth! A gal can dream, I guess.)

[It's sort of funny, from the little time they've really spent together he never saw a more hesitant side to him like this]

Only one way to find out...

[Now he's sort of having fun with it, feeling the freezing and uncertain pulling and he grazes lips over Norway's jaw and in again, almost kissing but holding his lips just shy of connecting, though when he speaks he can feel them brushing past each other]

[And then he's pulling right back away, laughing brightly like he didn't do anything]

Ah, if it was only me giving the wrong idea I don't wanna make you uncomfortable or anything~ Sorry, 'bout that, I don't always watch my words, ya know!

[Huffs when he draws away, clutching at the jar-lantern, knowing that even with things dark the way they are, he looks too taken with this.]

Only bad thing about you not watchin' yourself is that things ain't right clear when you don't, is all.

[He knows he's not very good at sensing the discomfort of others, in this case he just more or less assumed that was the case. For once it looks like he was wrong for the opposite reason]

Well, if you're not uncomfortable or anything do you wanna do more?

[Now that they're on the same page he has no problem being direct. Sex isn't exactly an awkward topic for him, especially when he's interested]

[Yeah no, he might assume the interest is obvious, but when it comes down to it unless he hears it directly everything comes down to assumptions. Usually in his favor]

[Shrugs, coming in closer again now that he's got outright approval to pretty much throw his arms around Norway's shoulders. It's supposed to be a hug]

Nothing serious? Just for fun?

[He's got no problem with taking someone new to bed now and again, but as long as they're being clear may as well make it obvious where any of this stands]

[At that hug, he coils an arm around him, slow but not hesitant, just holding him there.]

[It comes out a bit too sharp, so he softens it with a kiss to the cheek before quietly adding-]

I ain't in the habit of gettin' serious about this kind of thing. That clear?

[There's no need to worry about him taking much offense to being short with him. It doesn't even look like he noticed the snippiness, and he leans into the kiss quite happily]

[Or, well, he'll try. He's in the habit of getting a little too close with too many people, but he's certainly not aiming for any such thing]

[Now that they've sort of worked things out he may be a touch eager, keeping arms around Norway's shoulders but leaning in closer to press right up against him]

[The way Spain's pressing up against him leaves him a bit flustered - again - and it takes him a moment to get his thoughts straight; so he steals another few seconds by stealing a kiss. Well, why not.]

Don't mind it outside none, but I ain't keen on the chance of someone comin' by, neither.

[And knowing the meme, it's a good chance.]

[Why not indeed. He reciprocates eagerly while Norway collects his thoughts. arms tightening around his neck. Well, maybe that's not helping so much, oh well]

[Truthfully he couldn't really care less if someone accidentally stumbled on them, but the evening air is starting to get a bit of a chill and he's forgotten wherever he left his jacket]

[Another peck to Norway's jaw and he detaches himself, finding one of his hands and grabbing onto it with his own to tug him along. Yeah, he's about as excited as a puppy, it's probably too obvious]

[Lets himself get pulled along - after all, he doesn't know where the place is. Lead the way, Spain.]

Awful keen on this, ain't you.

[Mutters it, sounding surprised but pleased, gently squeezing at Spain's hand as he speaks]

Well, yeah! The other night when we went out I was gonna try and bring up something like that but-

[Just shrugs. Somehow that Norway might have been interested in the same never crossed his mind, even if it would have been pretty hard to miss if he were anyone else. Looks like they worked it out eventually anyway]

[Squeezes back, turning his head to smile brightly at him as they make their way back home. It's a comfortable path and although he's, well, 'awful keen', he's also not rushing them along]
