Hi meme! How was your week? Mine was interesting. I just made pad thai noodles (this wasn't the interesting part) but the noodles came out too rubbery/chewy and I am disappointed. I'm also on an Izumi Yukimura kick today! Are you on any particular music kicks? (Also, man I wish you could embed videos on Dreamwidth! A gal can dream, I guess.)

[She's not letting her amusement show through just yet, actually sounding rather unconcerned. Gently, reaching across the table with one hand, she tries to pry a few of his fingers away from his face.

(She doesn't mean to make him die of embarrassment. Just feel that way a little.)]

[ At the brush of her fingers against his, he noticeably jolts, his posture then becoming stiff. ]

[ ...But then he stubbornly tries to tug his fingers back and cover his face again. ]

[ If anything, she's succeeding at her goal. ]

You managed to keep your eyes on my face the whole time; I'm impressed...

[She can't get his fingers to budge just a little?]

[ If you give him a few long moments, eventually she'll succeed. ]

My eyes are not on Greece-san's face.

[ rather, he's glancing down again, now. ]

I would appreciate if Greece-san refrained from stating such...

[Not any more, but she'll refrain from pointing that out. She lets her hand rest on his for a couple of moments when she finally gets it away from his face, as though that might stop him from covering it all over again.]

Should I be thinking of your reputation?

...Perhaps so.

[ his other hand is still covering the other side of his face, along with his other eye. But he seems to be refraining from pulling the hand she held back again -- he almost surprisingly lets hers rest on his. ]

[Now Greece will try getting his other hand away from his face, leaving the hand already on his.]

I'll keep that in mind...

[ And eventually, he lets her pull that one away, too. ]
