This is a very rambling post today, I'm sorry, I'm in a tired rush. A tired tired summer rush. Which, in my professional opinion, is the most annoying kind of rush. I prefer a crisp winter rush! But oh well.

[Pardon her, but WHAT]

Right here and now...?! A-And I'd prefer to have my hands free, if you don't mind.

[Groping around until her hands lands on the grip, then moves to flip on the safety and remove it from the holster, all without looking. It's a weapon she's familiar with. She pockets it momentarily.]

What, you think I'd actually do what he told me? Pfft, no way! I'm not going along with some sick fantasy of his while he's some annoying puff of air!

[Then she unceremoniously goes about unhooking and removing the holster, too.]

[Does she feel manhandled yet?]

[Oh. It could be worse, she supposes, and she really wasn't planning on shooting anyone else... She does wish Ms. America would be gentler, though.]

I did think you would, yes.

[She won't resist. Not that she really can, but she stays still without even a hint of a struggle.]

Is he...is he okay?

Dude. He's a ghost. He's so far from okay he's the opposite of okay.

[And now that that's done, she drapes it over her arm and resumes her hold of both of her arms and sighs.]

What am I going to do with you? I mean, I think it's kinda hilarious how you got him but that was kind of dick move. He really likes you, y'know.

I know he does. And I really like him...

[This is not helping her case.]

I've never died before, or killed anyone.

I knew he would never hurt me, but once I had the gun I panicked.

[Sigh.]

It sucks, okay? Dying sucks. Especially when the person who kills you is someone you care for.

[She's still not letting her go.]

I have half a mind to show you what it feels like.

[She hangs her head and closes her eyes, steeling herself for it. Her voice is small but determined.]

I suppose that's only fair, so if you feel you must...

[At that, she lets her arms go and steps back. Not like she has a weapon to attack her now anyway. Speaking of which, she busies herself putting on the holster and carrying the gun properly.]

You owe him a huge apology though.

[Pause.]

What do you really feel about him, anyway? Were you just going along with it the whole time?

No, of course not! I really did want...!

[And then she realizes what she's about to say and goes rather red.]

I like him very much.

[She sort of laughs and shifts from foot to foot.]

Yeah, yeah, then you really do owe him a big apology. And like, a really good meal or something. Fastest way to his heart and all that.

[And hers but that's not what they're talking about here.]

Uh yeah and I'm not having sex with you so he can watch because that'd be weird.

Of course, I intend to apologize when I see him again.

[The other statement catches her off-guard.]

I would prefer you didn't. At least not here...

[She glances around at the ground disapprovingly. There's dirt here. She couldn't possibly.]

What, are you saying you would if we weren't here?!

[She sort of nervously laughs and shrugs it off.]

[No then America'd want to kill her too.]

[She wouldn't say no, actually, but saying yes would also make things awkward. She says nothing about it instead.]

Perhaps we shouldn't be out in the open like this... Do you know where you're going next?

The shrine to hang out with Japan, then probably the school. Gotta find a way to stop this and save everyone who's left!

What are you going to do? [Kill more people?]

[How? Do you think she's going to stab them with her caltrops??]

Yes, I talked to Japan as well. I'll be helping to hack the system, if it comes to that.

[She hopes it comes to that, actually. She'd like to be of some use, and wandering off on her own would just likely get her killed.]

[She's quiet for a second or two. She doesn't really want her to come along since she's proven herself to be untrustworthy. Liech shot and killed her bro for crying out loud! Someone who'd be the last person on earth to hurt her!]

[Well she doesn't have the gun any more, but what's to stop her from getting another and using it?]

[Maaan she's gonna have to keep an eye on her so she doesn't pull anything.]

Yep, that's the plan!

[If given the choice she'd rather just leave her here, whatever the consequences.]

[Something about that answer seems off, but she doesn't mention it. Ms. America has been more forgiving than she has any right to ask for, and anything else would be pushing her luck.]

[Because she WILL find you if you try anything. Liechtenstein might be cute but she's not above jailing her for the rest of the battle.]
