This is a very rambling post today, I'm sorry, I'm in a tired rush. A tired tired summer rush. Which, in my professional opinion, is the most annoying kind of rush. I prefer a crisp winter rush! But oh well.

Sometimes cheesy effects are more fun than good ones - and especially in a live action adaptation of a cartoon, it's probably best to just go ahead and embrace the camp factor!

I'm not really into Sailor Moon, myself - never got past my dislike of Usagi (blasphemy, I know). I do love that one popular spoof/homage illustration that's been making the rounds at Tumblr, though, with the sailor scouts as a kind of super glam punk biker gang.
