[America sincerely hoped France was not here to grope at him again. He had been America's first...his payment for France's assistance in the revolution back in the day. It hadn't been particularly enjoyable, not that he had much experience to go from. He talked a lot of game, but he had been so traumatized by the event that he avoided the situation as much as he could when it came up. Of course, recent events in his life were changing that, but it didn't change the fact that France's reputation as a good lover was undeserved.]

[It was somehow amusing that France was more concerned that something was wrong with America than even England was. Sure, there were times when he regretted choosing England over France, but seeing how history played out, he probably had gotten the better end of the deal.]
