Looks cute, but I can't really bring myself to be excited over it. I guess I just don't like Himaruya's art, panel organization etc. all that much and that it's the premise that makes me interested in Hetalia.

It looks so......bland. I can't understand it but it looks like any other manga to me.

I'm not sure I like the way his art style has developed over the years. I mean, his technique is much better now, but I prefer the way he drew in 2009 or so. Now it's too... soft, I guess.

But anyway, I wish he'd put this much effort into Hetalia again. This has actual backgrounds and the characters are more than the deformed chibis we've seen in BIRZ lately.

Huh? I'd say it's gotten much less soft. "Smooth" is the better term to describe it.

And I too miss the sort of sketchiness and fuzziness the art of 2008-2010 had.
