Poland: I'd like to think it was some time near the end of the Commonwealth. Her feelings about him were very mixed AND THEY WEREN'T MARRIED GOSHHHHHHH, but she definitely wanted his recognition that she could be equal to him or Lithuania.
She found him handsome and she did know him and had been friends with him during the time of Kievan Rus' but, in her mind, he grew up to be a pompous, cocky asshole.
So their sex was probably impulsive and hormone driven and she probably lied to him saying that it wasn't her first time as she was the one to instigate it.
She wanted to have sex with him if only to feel like he respected her in some way.
And we all know how that works.

Hungary: The only historical basis I have with this is Western Ukraine being under Austria-Hungary and canonly, Ukraine and Hungary have a really adorable relationship when she's teasing Ukraine about the dress from Crete so I wanted it to be almost the complete opposite of her and Poland. Hungary imitated it and was attentive and caring. Then again, shew as a bit older considering I imagine Ukraine losing her virginity at 16-17 and her and Hungary having sex at 18-19 and Hungary probably had more of a grasp of sex than Poland did.
I'd also like to think she had sex with Hungary maybe 2 times over the course of their control over Western Ukraine? Not a lot.

Other than that, it wasn't terribly kinky or scandalous. She probably lost her virginity in Poland's bed and maybe had sex with Hungary outside in some field at night.

I will say for Dudekraine, I think he lost his virginity to Prussia and, yeah I like Dudekraine and Mangary.
