Maybe HRE = Germany. It's not set in stone and there seems to be some contradictions in Himaruya's canon.

Seychelles says Hungary has big boobs, Himaruya says Belarus and Belgium do too.

Seychelles is average. Liechtenstein is flat. So is Taiwan even though she's drawn like she's ample, wut...it makes much more sense for her to be flat though

Seychelles' and Hungary's have been changing a lot. Belgium's too.

A lot of bust charts and the like put her at second biggest...even with Ukraine's genes I can't see that, she's so slender I can't see her being much bigger than a C. (Which is a Japanese D)
