It's because I don't like one of the characters in the ship. (I like the other one but that is evidently not enough to get me to like their interaction.) I think the mun's good at the character, I just... don't like them.

I promised myself I'd never care about a fictional character's sexual orientation. And here I am. Stop it, self.

I kind of hate myself for it, but I've realised I want every character to be straight or bi or their orientation not to be specified. That's the only way I can ship them with whoever I want because you get hell in fandom for shipping canonically gay characters with someone who isn't the same sex.
