Belarus just has a few pairs of frilly black panties to match her frilly black bras. When she's not dressed up, she wears her older siblings' used underwear, without their permission of course (and ties it so it won't slip off her body)

Ukraine wears simple, modest white or beige underwear

Estonia wears briefs because he's a nerd

Latvia is often stuck with children's underwear with embarrassing prints. Same with Liechtenstein.

Korea puts his underwear on China while he sleeps. He has tried to rob some of Taiwan's panties, but he has yet to be successful.

France has easily removable underwear (what's the correct term again?)
