Frivolous-spending city-slicker Norway who drives a fancy car and lives in a mansion.

I don't see this portrayal often, thankfully, but when I do, it always makes me go ???. Doesn't contradict canon, since we have no canon information relating to any of this, but I'd say it contradicts tradition, stereotypes, and a few other things.

(Honestly, the image I'm more familiar with is that Norwegians are all country bumpkins. Rich bumpkins possibly, but bumpkins nonetheless.)
