tl;dr Croatia has really turned his life around and become one of the hottest/er nations in Eastern Europe after being run down for a long time.

Moldova is in a really tough position of wanting to be sweet with Romania but having to consider Russia's feeling all the time, so he's actually good at reading the air and plays around less than the Micronations.
