on my little boat on the meme! How was your weekend, meme? Good, I hope! I am LOVING these updates, by the way! I feel like it's Christmas! But in October and November! It's really refreshing to have new material and it kinda feels like a ~rejuvenation~ in the fandom! Well... anywho!

[He rolls his eyes, but the look he gives Australia has no spite in it. He rather wishes he were around to see what Australia was doing for himself. He looks into the water.]
I wasn't lost, I just didn't fancy this place, and for good reason by the looks of it. [He huffs, indicating the ship, the entire situation they're all in.]

[But his voice says he wishes England had been around too. Well, maybe not for the dog ears thing, even though everyone said he looked really cute with them.]
Can get a little hairy sometimes.
[Sighs at the reminder of what's happened and leans against England, resting his head on England's shoulder. It might be the situation or the fact he hasn't seen England in ages that's making him more touchy-feely.]
Are ya gonna investigate? Want to do something 'bout it but liable to make a right fuck up by myself.
[At least he didn't vote for Russia...by forgetting to vote at all.]

[His eyes shift to watch Australia out of the corner of his eye as he leans against him, but he doesn't pull away from the contact. If anything, he leans toward it, face pink.]
I know you would. Of course, I want to know what's going on as much as you do! [A pause.] Have you spoken to anyone here? Any, uh, suspects?
[He winces a little. The people in question shouldn't be "suspects" (....minus maybe Russia, but apparently he's dead and innocent now). But oh well, here they are.]

[England leaning on him too is good. He doesn't do anything further than roll his eyes at that comment though, as much as he set himself up for it.]
Only seen the female America and Lithuania. She ain't a VIP like us, luckily, and Lithuania wouldn't hurt a hair on that idiot's head.
[So in his opinion, he hasn't met any suspects. It's probably good to be cautious though, he's only sure England isn't the killer because he'd never do that to America.]
Don't think it'd be his kid self, so that rules out him. Did ya read the report?

Hm. [He brings up a good point, to be honest. England doubts it's Lithuania too.] It probably wasn't Japan either. I doubt he'd murder Greece and America... [He frowns, trying to think of others on the boat.]
Yes, I read it. [Winces, reminded of America's unpleasant death.] 'Didn't make a lot of sense. Sounds like America got into a fight or something though.
There's... ah, another Russia here, isn't there? [Russia is automatically suspicious, and since the one he knows is dead and innocent...]

Agree with that, wouldn't make sense for Japan to kill 'em.
[He read it too. Wasn't a pleasant read but there's still something bothering him.]
Maybe someone wanted somethin' from his room? Said all his crap was thrown around the room, but the door wasn't forced open. Maybe he left it unlocked by accident, someone decided to have a looksie, and there was a scuffle when America surprised them. Would have to be someone bloody strong to win that against him.
[Which would, again, suggest Russia on strength alone, but they know it's not.]
Maybe she did? Dunno if she'd have a grudge though.

There aren't many nations as strong as America. Though I suppose they might still have found a way to overpower him.
[He folds his arms across his chest. This is like the bloody Battle Royale all over again. He glances at Australia; hopefully he'll at least keep this idiot safe.]
Hm, true. Not sure they've even met. [Not having been here for a while. Then again he's not entirely sure this whole thing has that much to do with grudges anymore.]

[Not entirely discounting the younger America could if he was pushed to it, but he probably would have gone for England first in that case.]
Could be Sweden, never know what that one's thinkin'. Certainly strong enough to possibly win a fight with him. Germany too, 'part from it's pretty bloody clear what he's thinking most of the time. Finland could be if pushed, but can't see it coming to that between 'em. Wouldn't partake in that sort of thing by choice.
[He coughs awkwardly there, not wanting to expand on how he knows that. This is feeling like last time again, but at least he feels he has people he can trust. Hopefully he can stop anything happening to England.]
Don't think they have, she's a new face. So reckon it could be Sweden or Germany. But why?

It's strange. [Honestly, he's as puzzled as Australia about why they'd be doing this.] Perhaps they don't know what they're doing? You know, all sorts of things happen when you eat the wrong sort of food in this place.
[He's sure as hell hoping someone murdered these nations because they didn't know what they were doing.
He sighs, then slowly goes to stand up.] I'll probably head off to bed.
[Or to the bar for a pint or seven.]

[He looks up at England as he stands up, and smiles - it might look a little forced - at him as he waves his hand at England's suggestion.]
'lright, 'lright, I'll try my best. Probably gonna do a couple of laps before I go.
[He'll do his best but trouble has a way of finding him even when he's not looking for it.]
