Meme! There's this doujinshi I've been trying to find for almost two years. It was my number one holy grail. The circle had no mail order of any kind, the book is relatively old (2009) and even though I checked a number of sites daily, I never saw a copy for sale, ever. The circle deleted most of their Hetalia stuff from Pixiv this year, so I was beginning to think I had imagined this book.

Except that last night I found it entirely by accident. And my service just told me they got it for me. I'm so happyyyyy!

Anon, might I ask which service do you use? I think that page you linked may have a few ones I've been looking for, but I'm not sure since I can't read Japanese.

I always use Noppin. They're a bit expensive (1000 yen + 10% of total) for shopping orders, but they're fast and reliable. However, you need to have a credit card if you're buying R-18 doujins.

A cheaper option would be Treasure Japan, but I stopped using them because they got super slow.
