my own laziness

I loathe the fic I'm writing right now, but it's for an exchange and the best I can do with this prompt. It's just, ugh, this fic is everything that I complain about in all the fanfic pet peeve threads and I'm so unhappy with myself.

Are Prussia's feet fading in it?

Telemarketers keep calling me and I never learn and keep getting my hopes up that it's someone calling about an interview. But it never is.

Not grumpy, but exasperated: looking for art for lady!Denmark icons. So much pinup-face and smug-face, and nary a durrr to be seen. C'mon, fandom, dare to make her make stupid faces!

Although I guess if I use cheesecakey icons, I can make a running joke out of his face being stuck like that as a woman.

I've been poking around tumblr! The nyotalia blogs and nyonordics blogs have stuff, and I really do like the way this artist does her face: http://marinovannyeogurchiki.tumblr.com/tagged/fem!denmark, and the ducere art I've seen is nice, too! I'm just giving myself a headache over designs I like vs. style consistency vs. range of expressions. There's a cute piece of fanart out there with her making this adorable derp face because someone's squishing her cheeks, I've been hoping to use that one for ages!

Don't worry, though, haha! It's not a huge frustration, I'm kind of amused by the sheer amount of cheesecake art and being silly about it.

To recharge my laundry card I need a $5 bill.
